The great Polvo makes return trip to Chicago

Polvo makes its second trip to Chicago since reuniting last year. After the 10-year split, the band recorded a new album, “In Prism,” which is out Tuesday. You can hear it here.

It’s exciting that Polvo made a new album. I’m not sure it can match a classic like “Today’s Active Lifestyles” but it’s great to have this band back on the road and in the studio.

Polvo plays Bottom Lounge Saturday. Here’s a video of the guys back in the day.
